Ambulatory Care Centre

Our new Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC) offers patients exceptional and quality care in a modern and comfortable environment. The centre is a 10 chair unit with 3 treatment rooms which provides day only admission for patients who need administration of intravenous infusions, as well as the care of patients undergoing radial angiography. The ACC is staffed with an experienced and dedicated multi-disciplinary team which includes your referring doctor.
Infusions are used to treat a variety of conditions with the most common being iron deficiency/anaemia, inflammatory bowel disease and auto immune disease.
Your infusion may occur as a one off treatment or on a series of days or on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Your treatment timeframe is determined by your referring doctor.
Booking in

Your doctor will book you in to the ACC. You will receive a reminder phone call the day before from the ACC team. If you need to cancel or feel unwell please contact your doctor’s consulting rooms.
